~ SASSY MUM REVIEW ~
The first novel of the series HIM, was told by Sarah's POV. With Her, this is told by William aka Will's point of view which I thoroughly enjoyed more so than Sarah's.
We begin with high school best friends Sarah & Will, who grow a strong bond as there support person, which then leads into a relationship after both admitting to having feelings for one another. During the school year it turns in to Prom night! This is where it all went horribly wrong, after a night of confusion, poor Will is left with many questions as to what happened and why Sarah runaway after what was meant to be their special night.
Several years later, fate brings Sarah and Will back together to celebrate Sarah's brothers wedding. Little does Sarah know that Will is actually her brothers best man. As time went by, Will become close to her family and eventually become apart of the family furniture. Unbeknownst to Sarah whilst she was away, she was the only one that tried to move on. As the chemistry is shown that after so many years apart, you can still be in love with that very same person who broke your heart many moons ago. The answers and story unfolds as to what happened that horrible night and why Sarah ran away without saying goodbye.
I won't go into further details but, after finally having the answers you have been waiting for several years later, we are blessed with the heartfelt feelings of what its like taking a second chance for that one special person that stole your heart from the beginning. The beautiful HEA was a must for this couple but also the point of view of Wills I just adored.
